To fix the “all fields required” error, please fill all the fields, including address fields ( the current text is just placeholder), you need to rewrite the address.

If you the button is still not responding after “all fields required” is fixed, please try to disable your plugins one by one to see if one them is conflicting.

Unfortunately the plugin doesn’t offer such options, you can not manage weight or height of items.

Aha, I see, this is part of the plugin functionality to make options required.
You could try to disable it by placing this code in your child themes functions.php

I accessed the link you provided but don’t see WWOB is implemented on that product.

Can you try to remove 0 and keep the min select field empty?

Hello, the reason for “all fields required” error is that one of the fields is left empty in the plugin settings, all fields must be completed.

Regarding rules, you need to create them as you’d create any other shipping method after making sure you’ve the correct settings.

Make sure you unset the min select field, it should have no value for the options to become optional.

Hello, the plugin does support the same city, anything supported by Google Distance API is supported by the plugin.

Make sure to add shipping rate by distance as a shipping method and set the shipping rules then test, if not working change the theme to the default one and try again and let us know.

That’s not storage, it’s the upload limit, you must have set a limit for how many files are uploaded, please check the options again and make sure it doesn’t have a limit, specifically the “Maximum uploads” field.

Thanks for confirming the whole numbers are ok. what will it do if distance falls exactly on 2miles? will it use the 0-2 price or the 2-3 price?
The decimals defo aren’t working in the version I have. I have the latest version Codecanyon gave me to download v1.1.0. I only purchased it a few days ago. please can you check decimals in miles please? just incase I need to use this in the future.
