Ok, I’ll re-upload, there was probably something wrong on cadecanyon side.
Please remove your license key from here as it’s public.Have you tried just downloading the version on codecanyon? Also please don’t spam the forum, you can add any responses to the same post.

We don’t support third party add-ons, the plugin is made for WooCommerce and doesn’t integrate by default with others.
For the text field, can you send a screenshot, link …etc so I can view the issue.Hello it’s me again, i’m having another issue, i selected product options as Custom Text but it doesn’t show on the product page ! it shows the accordion but it is empty!

The textdomain is ‘wpali-wc-drag-drop-uploader’, you’d need to use a translation plugin or use this hook to change the text: https://codex.wordpress.org/Plugin_API/Filter_Reference/gettext
Hi, the plugin functionality does not have that, we kept it simple, if you need specific functionality that the plugin doesn’t have, you might want to consider hiring a developer.

I just tested on IE11 and it’s working fine, with older browser it would still work but with less features like the sticky bar would be at one position..etc
