    Hi,

The distance is now calculated on 1 distance.
I need the way to the point and back.
So the distance should be calculated to the customer and back.
    How can we implement this?

    Thanks in advance.

    Regards,
    David

Unfortunately we don’t have this possibility, you’ll have to simply double the price to achieve what you need, for example the distance is 1KM and price for 1KM is $10, you just assign $20 dollars.

Ok that we can do, but is it then possible to make the KM *2 visible so that the distance is 100KM instead of 50 when 1 way is 50km?

No that’s my initial answer, it’s not possible to change the output as it’s generated based on the distance calculated.

    Hi Ali,

I’m using this plugin for container shipping.
Is there an option that the distance can be calculated per product instead of total cart?

    Thanks in advance.

Hi, the plugin functionality does not have that, we kept it simple, if you need specific functionality that the plugin doesn’t have, you might want to consider hiring a developer.

Hi, i’m using this plugin and
I configured according to the documentation, but he just shows me this message on the cart page: ‘Sorry we do not offer shipping to the specified location’

    Hi @hb_webmaster,
This message will only appear if you have no added a set of prices, or the customer locations does not fall within those rates.
    Example:
    – You entered $10 from 1KM to 20KM
    – The client location is 300KM away
this will result in that message.
