some files are not allowed?

I love the look of this plugin but there is a problem… when customers want totupload an .ai file it says it is forbidden for security reasons??
But I allowed adobe files
Why is .ai not possible?

And.. when a customer ordered something and added an .pdf file I don’t receive the file?

Problem solved!
But the other problem is: I dont receive the uploaded files! Where can I find them?

Yes! I have version 1.0.3
Just downloaded the plugin two days ago from envato market…

The files can be found on the order page. When a customer places an order, the files will attached to it.

No, thats the point. I cannot find it anywere? Not in an email but not in the order either
