The last point seems to be working now

Is this option available “Also is it not possible to add free shipping within a certain radius of 0-4.5 based on minimum order but all other distances must pay a delivery fee”

Example:-

0-5 miles – £2 delivery but is free if order is over £10
6 miles – £3 delivery but cannot be free if minimum £10 order is placed
