Hello, did you specify the type/format of allowed files. If no format is selected, it won’t allow you to upload any file.

The plugin just stopped working.

The problem appeared after an update – theme / woordpress

That’s weird, what did you update exactly? any other plugins updated/installed?

We are using latest WordPress and WooCommerce version here, so surely not something with WordPress update.

I made a search on the error and it seems to be related to server in some cases:

Have you tried upload files from the media library, does it work?

I found the problem, it’s incompatible with Convert Plus plugin.
When I activated an offer it broke.
What can we do?

Not really sure why a popup plugin would cause errors when uploading a file, if the media library is showing same error, you might need to reach out to them about that since it’s a conflict with core WordPress feature. Otherwise, I’m not really of the point of conflict.
